One of the biggest attractions of this parc, particularly to children, is the amazing pool complex. Here, you will find a spectacular lagoon pool, running river and not forgetting the superb Hawaiian beach pool where you can relax and enjoy the surroundings. The main pool itself is surrounded by the popular sunbathing terraces, which is also bordered by trees. If you are looking for something a little more relaxing, then why not try the new health spa centre, with its excellent facilities and definitely worth the visit.

When you have finished relaxing for the day, you can enjoy the various bars and restaurants on the parc and whilst you are doing that, there is an on-parc organised animation programme for the kids. Should you prefer to play on the beach, then you will also enjoy the private sandy beach which is located right next door to the parc. Here you will find activities such as windsurfing and pedalo hire for your pleasure. You can also enjoy a dip in the beautiful clean water here, as well as partaking in the watersports.

If you wish to venture from the parc and travel a little, then the delightful city of Venice (view venice video) is within easy reach and the enchanting town of Burano can also be easily accessed via ferry.

There is plenty to do around Union Lido throughout the year, but notable events are the International Vogalonga Boat Race which is held in Venice on 30th May and the Ascension Summer Festival, also held in Venice, but a little earlier on 15th May. If you are there in June, then you will be able to visit the Old Maritime Republics Race in Venice, which see's teams from Amalfi, Venice and Genoa competing against each other. With all the activities and the splendid on-parc amenities, Union Lido is a great parc for activity holiday on the Italian Adriatic.
