The beauty of every Eurocamp holiday is the chance to enjoy the freedom of the great outdoors. Having said that, some of our parcs offer so many opportunities to be active in the fresh air that they fall easily into our Activity & Adventure category. So whether you want to canoe along the amazing Ardèche, hike through the high Alps – or enjoy any other kind of adventure – we’ve got just the parcs you’re looking for.
A host of activities
These parcs enjoy some of Europe’s most stunning locations, with organised activities both on parc and nearby. From surfing the Atlantic rollers at Biarritz to canoeing down the Dordogne, and from walking and cycling though some of Europe’s most beautiful regions to horseback riding in the Camargue. Whatever activity you want to enjoy, or learn, including diving, climbing, canyoning and windsurfing, you’ll find it on one of these parcs.
A wealth of facilities
Our Activity & Adventure parcs aren’t just closer to the action, they also offer great sports facilities on parc. These range from 5-a-side football pitches and tennis courts to gymnasiums. You will also generally find a great pool complex on parc, together with spa facilities to help you relax and unwind after another great day of hiking, cycling, surfing or simply exploring.
A choice of great cities
Activity & Adventure parcs aren’t simply there for exploring the great outdoors. Many of them lie close to some of the world’s most fascinating and exciting cities and tourist sites. So whether you want to walk the streets of Paris or explore the cobbled courtyards of Carcassonne; stand next to the greatest ruins of Rome or discover the fine art of Florence, you’ll find that a lot of these parcs are great for city breaks too.
While our 103 Activity & Adventure parcs are all perfect for enjoying the outdoor life to the full, they also offer you a wide range of accommodation, from fully-equipped tents to luxurious Lodges.
Just as importantly, they enable you to explore some of Europe’s most spectacular locations, from the Black Forest of Bavaria to the high Pyrénées in France, and from the gentle beauty of the Italian lakes to the rugged majesty of the Ardèche.
These are three of our favourites, but whatever sort of Activity & Adventure you’re looking for, you’ll find we have just the parc you need.
