We arrived just inside the time the couriers work and were taken to our tent but had very little explained to us by the lady and no wrist bands provided. I can only assume it's because it was a busy time for them with the car park full of arrivals. There is a folder though that has virtually everything you could need in. I went the next day to ask about wrist bands and was greeted by a very apologetic courier. The tents were better than expected with everything you could need apart from a lighter for the hob so make sure you pack one or buy on site in the spar shop which is very reasonable. We took our 3 children, twin boys age 5 and our daughter age 10. They absolutely loved the park and not once in 10 days did they get bored! The swimming pools are fantastic and clean and the indoor one is heated which was nice on the cooler days as it was like a bath! There are a few extras to pay for in site like pedalo's, zip line, adventure course, horse riding and crazy golf but the prices are very reasonable and we done all of these more than once. The toilet/ shower facilities were all extremely clean being cleaned twice a day. Good hot water too! Wifi is free at reception but we struggled to get a connection. They do have wifi you can purchase a code for on sute but we found it cheaper to use our own provider when we required the use of it. Evening entertainment is also great for kids and adults as they have a disco and kids shows. We would definitely recommend this parc and eurocamp. We all had such a fab relaxed holiday and have booked to go next year for longer! Thanks eurocamp....all our family think it's the best holiday we've had!!!!

The site is amazing, it has everything and there's so much to do there, yet, I didn't love it, perhaps it was just too big for me! We have a young family, with a 2 year-old and 5 year-old. We enjoyed the pools (though busy), pony rides and peddalos. There is an array of activities for older kids and adults, perhaps it's better suited to families with older children or keen golfers or horse riders?!

I don't know what it was scratching at / scampering around the tent at night, but think twice about camping in a tent or else take an electronic rodent repellant!

The wash block was tired, the best thing about it was the swallows nesting in the rafters, I enjoyed watching them whilst showering. Cleanliness was acceptable, I guess it's hard to keep on top of on such a large site.

There's plenty to see and do in the area. We had a short stay, and only had time to enjoy a day at Mont St Michel.

The park has plenty to offer and the main parts of the park are kept clean and tidy with a great water park, zip wire and pony rides which we all enjoyed. It is close to St Malo so handy for the return ferry and we had a great day out there too.

The two onsite restaurant were very good but you needed to be at the restaurant by 6 pm otherwise you had a long wait. We also went in the more formal restaurant which we could book for and had a very nice meal which didn't cost too much more.

The children enjoyed the kids club ( when they went as there is a lot to do on site) The couriers were all warm and friendly especially the kids club manager .

We stayed in Safari tent which was again on a main road right at the back of the site. The pitch had no sunshine until way into the afternoon and we had quite a trek to the nearest showers and toilets which in any event we couldn't use as these were filthy and only had two loo's and two shower cubicles which were tiny and freezing cold sue to being pretty open to the elements. I did complain and was told to use the main ones which were even further away, so far that we had to let the children use a bucket in the mornings!

We have booked to return to this site as the kids loved it so much and it is convenient for our crossing but we have booked a Safari tent with a rival company as it has it's own shower and loo !

accommodation not very clean - dust under bed in sitting area, dust and dirt in corners - caravan could do with up dating - bits falling off, etc, shutter on window not sitting on window probably - and we had mice in our caravan - in our cupboard with the food - had to contact courier and traps set which caught at least 2 mice - couldn't relax in caravan - very uneasy and had to keep up beat for the rest of the family, ie our children. Not having clean or comfortable accommodation makes it harder to relax and enjoy the holiday. Camp fantastic - so much to do. indoor poor very useful for cool and wet ! days. There is so much to do - it is hard to fit all in on the camp site. Can be very busy so if looking some where quiet this is not the place to be. Was glad our accommodation away from action. Accommodation in tress - this hid the sun - when it did come out.

Very happy with the holiday overall. Booking activities for the children was a bit challenging - for example were given diffefrent answers about the suitability of the children for the climbing wall and the zip wire and booking rides took several visits.

An enjoyable holiday with plenty to do during the day for our grandchildren (10 and 8 years old). Children's and family discos started too late for us.
