Amazing couriers - jim and bridget. We were a little disappointed with our van as it had mould and smelt mouldy, also we were told by the agent when we booked that this van had a dishwasher and it didn't. The van was showing lots of signs of wear and tear but over all as usual we were not disappointed with theeurocamp service. Thank you.

The parc is tired and not the immaculate parc described on the website. It would make me wary of their descriptions of their parcs for the future. That said the pool was beautiful , clean and very safe in fact the whole parc felt very safe and my children had more freedom on this holiday than perhaps any previous. The absolute jewel in the crown is the restaurant the food is exceptional. We got a really cheap end of August/September deal and for the price paid were happy enough however had I paid peak prices I would have been gutted very little to do on the actual parc apart from go to the pool or bouncy castle . If we return , as 2 of my children enjoyed it I would only come again with other families so that my children have their own brought from home entertainment. The reps Bridget and Jim are lovely and cannot do enough for you. The coast and scenery are beautiful overall a nice break.

Great holiday. We loved the location, campsite was really good, weather was pretty nice, and the Eurocamp staff very pleasant and inviting.

Lovely location, right on the beach. On site facilities good - shops, eateries, swimming pools, even a cinema. Local shops easy to visit and local attractions easy to drive to. Noise levels were generally very good, however the live music sometimes went on beyond the 11pm watershed which I for one did not appreciate. The latest I heard it was 12:45 - a bit disappointing given that the site manual asks residents for complete silence beyond 11pm. Accomodation - cabin - very nice and homely, and whilst some may disagree, it would've been good to have a TV for those rainy nights. Cooking facilities too were great. The biggest disappointment was the lack of internet access. This may not be a problem for some, but for those who need access to stay in touch with home etc, make sure you bring some form of connectivity as the site has zero. To clarify, the site has WIFI and the points are easy to attach to, but there must be 1mbps going through the whole site.

Brilliant holiday:
Location is excellent, could not have wanted more. Beaches both sandy & rocky all really close. In fact the children loved walking to them from the parc itself!
The parc itself is fabulous, full of character, well kept. The restaurant, and take out pizzeria provided excellent food. Shop had all we needed. We also watched 2 movies in the free cinema, lovely!
Pool facilities are super clean and all 3 children loved it, we had to go everyday! The indoor pools are varied with the baby pool and splash zone providing safe water play for small ones. It did however get very crowded during peak times but the long pool opening hours makes up for that.
We stayed in 3 bed, 1 bath accommodation and we had plenty of comfortable space (family of 5)

Our family of five had a fantastic holiday at Le Ranolien. The parc is set on a stunning part of the coast with several beautiful beaches in close proximity. The atmosphere at the parc was friendly and the site was clean and comfortable. This was our second stay at Le Ranolien and as it has everything we need for a perfect family holiday we are sure won't be able to stay away for long!
