We liked this nice parc and their pool complex. It is close to a nice small beach. The Classic accomodation was about as small as we could bear and I would comment that I think the Eurocamp caravans are a bit too crowded. Our courier Patricia was very nice; we arrived at 7:45 pm just in time to speak with her. We selected this campsite for personal reasons to be near Concarneau. The weather was the only disappointment really. It did not get over 19 degrees the whole time we were there. We arrived late on Friday 8 August, Hurricane Bertha's tail blew through on Saturday night into Sunday morning, then it was cool showery and cloudy with short intervals of sunshine for the week following. We departed on Sunday morning 17 August. I concluded that Brittany's summertime weather is a parody of British summertime weather! Eurocamp is such a nice company to deal with and we will use them again I hope. Our girls are 13 and 16 now, nearly 17.
A great holiday with loads of freedom for the kids. Parc well laid out and generally well kept and clean. Very close to the beach but not much else (other than a Michelin starred restaurant there was no where else within walking distance), the takeaway at the site was good but it would have been nice to have a choice. Only criticism of the site was a lack of sun loungers (not helped by people seemingly claiming them for the day even when they weren't using them). Would not however recommend Portsmouth - Caen ferry it was overcrowded, had insufficient facilities and was even running out of food on the journey home.
