- Arrived for the last week of the season and there were no kids clubs running and everything had been wound down.
There was no hot water at our accomodation and it took too long for this to be rectified. A lot of basic things were missing - a map of the parc, opening/closing times for restaurant/bar etc. I didnt get the impression that the staff cared too much about whether or not we were set up to have a good holiday. Our bed was broken and we kept falling through the slats during the night, none of the internal doors actually shut which wasnt helpful with a toddler. The accomodation was however very clean.
There was a family in nearby accomodation who had a pretty dramatic fall out one night which went involved a lot of shouting, throwing and smashing of things. This went on for over an hour. I was pretty concerned to learn that the parc has no effective security measures in place to deal with these type of occurences. I feel a parc of this size should
The booking team were incredibly helpful but what a shame its a very different story when you arrive on holiday.
