Arrived for the last week of the season and there were no kids clubs running and everything had been wound down.

There was no hot water at our accomodation and it took too long for this to be rectified. A lot of basic things were missing - a map of the parc, opening/closing times for restaurant/bar etc. I didnt get the impression that the staff cared too much about whether or not we were set up to have a good holiday. Our bed was broken and we kept falling through the slats during the night, none of the internal doors actually shut which wasnt helpful with a toddler. The accomodation was however very clean.

There was a family in nearby accomodation who had a pretty dramatic fall out one night which went involved a lot of shouting, throwing and smashing of things. This went on for over an hour. I was pretty concerned to learn that the parc has no effective security measures in place to deal with these type of occurences. I feel a parc of this size should

When we arrived I think we had the worst caravan on the site. It was damp, shower was cold, the heaters did not work, very outdated and it was dirty. We were moved after 3 days into our holiday but by then had developed a bad virus/flu which was exasperated by the conditions. The outcome was that we had to abandon our holiday and come home early. What a waste of money. Would not recommend Eurocamp.

The accommodation was very poor compared to other caravans on the site. The beds in particular were very poor indeed. It might have been more comfortable sleeping on the floor as the mattresses were so poor and no room to move in the bedroom.

Although we had arranged online that we would be arriving around midnight (after a drive of several hours from the ferry) and also confirmed my text the time we would arrive it was no avail. When we arrived at the camp there was no one in reception and it took a good half hour to find security who called someone on the camp to get our keys. NOT satisfactory at all.

We did not see the couriers at all until the last day of the holiday when they told us to clean up and empty the bins. The main the way....was no where near the accommodation.

I would not recommend to eurocamp to anyone or use it again myself.

There were a couple of problems this year , the camp seemed to be shutting down , no donkey rides at the end of the week and the lazy river was turned off , both vital with young grandchildren , we were not told it was the end of the season but that is how it seemed , will think twice about coming again , sorry .

Fantastic holiday and great site facilities. Wifi was an issue, no free service any where on site and expensive paid for service very poor quality coverage.
