Arrived at park on first day of opening of which we were not previously aware.

It was very much a ghost camp with only a few arrivals on site.

The only pool open was the lower one, with the main Panorama pool's opening being promised by the Castell Mongri reception staff for the next day, then the next day and so on for the duration of our stay.

It never opened.

The site is a terrific one with everything you would need, but make sure you go 'in season' when all of it's amenities are open.

The caravans air conditioning was broken and needed a new part, the caravans are so close together, our view was the caravan roof in front of us or inside the caravan in front, everybody had to have the curtains shut thats how close it was, or the tree that was in your way of the path you had to walk up the side of the caravan so you had to duck everytime you was coming in or out of the caravan to go to your car, there was no parking outside the caravan also had to climb up a wall to get to side of caravan before you got to the trip. Fridge didnt keep anything cold but freezer did. It said lights all been checked before we arrived and were all present but they werent one was missing. Bedding not there on arrival, had to wait for rep to get it. I will say that they did offer us a move to a different caravan but that was 3 days after us being in and we just said no because we didnt want the hassel of having to pack and then unpack again, but that was same no parking and no view. We were told when we nooked in we where in the middle of everything but we werent we was put right at the top of the mountain just before the nature reserve was which was actually closed at the time we went. On the pictures it shows green hedges at the front we had a wooden fence that looked like if you leant on it to much it would break. The veranda was held up with bricks and the steps the crazy paving was very unlevel.

I have been to this parc twice once the very first week it opened in may and again in september. I had a nice time in may althought as it was the first weekend it had opened everything was not up and running which i was quite dissapointed but that was the parcs fault not eurocamps. When i decided to go back in september as i wanted to see things properly up and running i was abit worried as i saw lots of bad reviews about the mobile homes being dirty and the reps unhelpful. This is not my case neither times. Mobile home was very clean and the reps very helpful. We had a lovely time. Everyrhing was open the farm, animation club etc and the swimming pool is just espectacular. 10/10 for
me.

Holiday was fine , but im afraid we were opposite the family from hell (no.89). If we went out on to the balcony we were greeted with the most foul language ,arguing & at one stage their teenage visitors playing with a lighter trying to set fire. The so called Parents were the culprits in the main ( drunk & disgusting), leaving the children to fend for themselves. (All our neighbours were also intimidated).
My main complaint was an absolute lack of any site security except on the main gate with a nice old gentleman . Despite my complaint to the eurocamp reps nothing whatsoever was done about them which left us no option but to spend most of the holiday away from the campsite . I am a regular customer & must say this is the first time this has happened but also first time to this site. I seriously think eurocamp should review its policy to deal with this type of problem , the reps are all young kids & I don't blame them not wanting to get involved with such people . But such intimidating behaviour ruins peoples holidays!
