This is a very good park with great facilities, the park staff were all helpful and we had an excellent weeks holiday in July 2017. It's only 20 minutes from Reus airport and very easy to find. There is direct access on to a very nice clean beach, which the children enjoyed. The pool complex is good but busy and there was a lack of sun loungers, which I imagine could be a problem in the height of summer once the park is full. Be aware that the children's pirate pool is only open for an hour in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon and there are no water slides. The park is next to a main road and there is a rail line running straight through the middle of the park but we were never disturbed by noise.
Our accommodation was looking tired and clearly needs updating but it was clean so we had no issues. The courier on arrival was very friendly but didn't provide a huge amount of information when questioned in regards to the park facilities, kids clubs, discos etc and instead instructed us to look at the parks own animation notice boards, which were dotted around the site. We then never saw any couriers again during our stay and no one called to see how we had settled in or to confirm what we needed to do to check out. Eurocamp only have a very small proportion of the park with around 25 mobile homes and these are tucked away in the very top corner of the park meaning you have further to walk to the beach and main facilities. However, there are two bars on site with disco's and singers every night which are quite loud so the Eurocamp plots are far away enough for this not to be a problem, which we liked.
The local area around the park is very good. Cambrils (10 minutes) is a nice town with a family friendly beach, shops and restaurants. The old town in Tarragona (30 minutes)
was interesting to walk around and we travelled into the mountains away from the coast, which contain some beautiful little villages.

Second time in la torre del sol. We like the campsite, quite relaxed and organised activity/entertainment there if you want it.
Everything you need is there, beach, pools (opening a little longer in high season would be good) spa, adult space, kids space shop, variety of bars and restaurants as well as ability to BBQ
The animation has a full program in high season - there could be a bit of flexibility with agar ranges as my kids were split up and therefore not wanting to attend several times. Otherwise they are great with varied programs for all.
This was our first time with eurocamp and I loved their relaxed approach and was amazed at how much the eurocamp reps need to do- plumbing, cleaning, diy, welcome....,etc. The one thing that let it down was our cabin had a plumbing issue from day one and the reps had to repeatedly unblock sink, shower etc. It made washing and cleaning quite difficult from when it blocked until it was then cleared which was sometimes overnight! I think it was too big a job for them and probably needed a professional to solve it once and for all. (Can't fault the reps though, they were always quick to respond, cheerful and helpful). This kid of spoiled our staybut otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed it.
