- The only thing that let the parc down slightly was due to the timing of our holiday (Easter holidays). The shop wasn't too well stocked, low season understandable but it would have been nice to pop up and get some dried store room bits we needed. There are a number of supermarkets in Sarlat which are easy to get to so no huge issue. Restaurant also wasnt open which we weren't notified of before we turned up hungry and noticed it was closed.
Not keen on being charged to play mini golf as the course was empty and needs renovation, not a huge complaint though.
Fresh bread ordered for the following day is amazing.
Nice to let the kids run around without worrying too much, lots of kids playing together in the pool and running around generally within the parc, has a nice safe feel to it. Cars cant access the sections where the kids would be running around without a pin code for the barriers.
Staff all really friendly and helpful.
Towns nearby are beautiful, Sarlat and Domme especially. Canoe trip from Vitrac was amazing 19k down the river past some beautiful villages we had previously missed (drove around and not known they were there!)
Lunch in Domme on the cliff top highly recommended, OR just opposite the tourist information shop the restaurant does 3 courses for 18 and the food was AMAZING. We were out searching for amazing food all holiday and this didn't disappoint.
