Days Out

Movieland Studios

Canevaworld

Canevaworld has a unique movie theme park with lots of stunt shows and fast paced, action packed attractions, along with a relaxing water oasis designed to look like a tropical island.

Gardaland

Gardaland

Gardaland, just 3 km away, is a popular attraction and it’s not hard to see why. There is so much to do here and the attractions are great quality, from Fantasy Kingdom for the children, to the extreme thrill roller coasters for the daredevils.

Peschiera

Peschiera

Just a short stroll from Butterfly is the lovely village of Peschiera, which has great places to dine at, from a funky floating restaurant and one built inside the old castle. It is also a great place to shop, especially for clothes.

Go Karting

South Garda Karting

Step into the shoes of a Formula 1 racing driver for the day and take some practise laps around South Garda Karting’s track. This track is often used by up and coming drivers and has been visited by many an F1 driver. The track is open to children over the ages of 8 and more than 1.3 metres tall.

Malcesine

Monte Baldo

A boat trip to Malcesine is also highly recommended because from here you can take the cable car up the 2218 metre high Monte Baldo to enjoy spectacular views.

Verona

Verona

From Peschiera you can hop on a train and be in Verona in 25 minutes. Verona is a must-see city. It is endlessly romantic and very atmospheric, hence being home to the world’s largest opera venue and is supposedly home to the famous balcony from Romeo & Juliet.
