Put on top of a hill at the back of the parc. Had a busy main road literally no more than 2 metres from the back of the accomodation which had large lorries and cars going by all day and all night. Lorrys actually made the accommodation shake and vibrate as it went passed and led to many restless nights.

Eurocamp couriers were at the checkin desk to great me and gave me a map when i arrived of the parc to show where the accommodation was and where I could park my car.

That was the last interaction I had with the Eurocamp couriers until the day before checkout when I asked how to check out the following day

A bit of a disappointment. I have been going on Eurocamp holidays for almost 30 years and the reps have always been friendly and actually spent time to come and see us everyday to check how we were and for a chat. I have to say Eurocamp has gone down hill a little in recent years compared to how it used to be back in the day.

I went mid September too so off season so should have been plenty of time for couriers to come and say hello

Thank you for your feedback. It’s such a shame to hear about your disappointment with the position of your accommodation on the parc. We do understand how this can really impact your overall holiday experience and so we apologise for this. Equally, we’re sorry to hear that you felt let down by our holiday couriers. All of our couriers receive comprehensive training which is very much focused on customer service skills, so it’s frustrating to hear of occasions when they appear not to be performing to the expected standard. Thank you again for taking the time to feedback to us, as this really does help to deliver better holiday experiences for our customers. Customer Care Team.

Lovely park although the water was too cold for our young children and our accommodation was a long way from the main park.

Blackburn
Lovely place in the middle of all good tourist destinations, the blankets need washing more often as the fluff off them is awful if your an allergy sufferer, the staff are very polite and helpful and overall very good for young familes but too noisy early mornings if your children are young adults ,woke far too early 7.30 am by screaming toddlers on the park opposite our mobile .

This was the first time we had been on a Eurocamp holiday and went to accompany our son and his young family. The brochures did not prepare us for how big, crowded and close together the chalets were. Parking of cars was not allowed near the chalets which is a good thing but the car park was along way uphill from our accommodation other operators provided staff with a buggy to help with luggage.
