We have stayed at other parcs but with alfresco.
this was our first eurocamp experience and we are converted the whole experience was more connected and fluid. The representives at the parc were incredibly impressive and were always available to assist.
I must mention Tom he was so attentive and was an absolute gentelman even on his days off he was at the evening events miximg with customers and ensuring they were enjoying themsleves a star represntative of your companies service standards.
we will definatwly be back to the camp and with eurocamo in the future.

Beautiful location and great pools. Bouncy castles and games for the children and plenty of water sports available.

Parc was well managed and looked after. Eurocamp employees played loud music whilst cleaning cabin while three families tried to enjoy their brunch on the decking. Not enough facilities to keep children occupied. Swimming pool good. Lake underutilised should have dinghy sailing or other activities. Cabins good condition but very cramped. Got cold at night not enough bedding in mid august.

Lovely site but although chalet was almost on shoreline, untrimmed trees obstructed the view. One courier (Tom) was very helpful and attentive, we never saw anyone else except childrens couriers who made one visit.

We spent 8 nights at La Pergola, the location is beautiful and the camp facilities were perfect for the kids (aged 6 & 9). The pool is spotlessly clean but would definitely benefit from more sun loungers as there weren't nearly enough.

The static caravan we stayed in (Classic +2) was very clean and well equipped, but would have been incredibly cramped had there been 6 or more of us as the brochure suggests possible. I would also recommend taking quilts as the blankets provided are not the warmest.

Other reviewers have been critical of the Couriers (Eurocamp staff), but in our experience they were fantastic and couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome.

The onsite restaurant however, is very over priced; if you plan to eat out try the local villages or Champagnole.

I would also recommend the local Super U in Champagnole, for all your shopping needs. The selection of local products there is fantastic.

Over all a lovely camp site in a fantastic location. I would certainly consider returning in the future.
