Parc was well managed and looked after. Eurocamp employees played loud music whilst cleaning cabin while three families tried to enjoy their brunch on the decking. Not enough facilities to keep children occupied. Swimming pool good. Lake underutilised should have dinghy sailing or other activities. Cabins good condition but very cramped. Got cold at night not enough bedding in mid august.
Lovely site but although chalet was almost on shoreline, untrimmed trees obstructed the view. One courier (Tom) was very helpful and attentive, we never saw anyone else except childrens couriers who made one visit.
We spent 8 nights at La Pergola, the location is beautiful and the camp facilities were perfect for the kids (aged 6 & 9). The pool is spotlessly clean but would definitely benefit from more sun loungers as there weren't nearly enough.
The static caravan we stayed in (Classic +2) was very clean and well equipped, but would have been incredibly cramped had there been 6 or more of us as the brochure suggests possible. I would also recommend taking quilts as the blankets provided are not the warmest.
Other reviewers have been critical of the Couriers (Eurocamp staff), but in our experience they were fantastic and couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome.
The onsite restaurant however, is very over priced; if you plan to eat out try the local villages or Champagnole.
I would also recommend the local Super U in Champagnole, for all your shopping needs. The selection of local products there is fantastic.
Over all a lovely camp site in a fantastic location. I would certainly consider returning in the future.
