See above for the overview. The facilities at Le Ruisseau were excellent, especially the pools, but our cabin was in the worst position on the site for motorway noise; it was very intrusive when were on the deck and the noise was constant at night, despite closing windows. I apprececiate that the brochure warns of road noise, but it is worded to suggest that this arises from the road through the camp site (a minor inconvenience balanced by the useful bus route) . Constant motorway noise is at a different level altogether and elsewhere on the site the noise level was considerably lower. I suggest that you abandon the cabin and its immediate neighbour at the earliest opportunity. Our courier was friendly, but despite it being the end of the season didn't appear to know much about the local area. The Eurocamp reception was also woefully lacking in local information compared with the many parcs we have stayed on in nearly 20 years of Eurocamping.

Problems with the accommodation, some of which remained unresolved - access to mobile home not suitable for wheelchair access even though we had notified Eurocamp in advance that our daughter is a wheelchair user, very dated accommodation, fridge without shelves or compartments in door, no welcome packs even though pre-ordered, some lights not working, incomplete inventory.

A great park, accommodation, swimming pool, playgrounds, lake, etc.

Price of tennis, golf, hire of pedalos, takeaway food is too expensive. Whilst we were there the golf and tennis was hardly used which was a shame.

Sharper knives are required in the accommodation.

Park is great.
Accommodation dated and in need of update.
It had the feel of a holiday back in the 1980's.
Veranda area and outside furniture a bonus, but interior cramped and at end of season grubby/tired.
I would recommend park, but other accommodation.
