Family (with only pre-school children)
We used this as a stop over on the way to and from another eurocamp parc. The parc was fairly pleasant in its situation and was very peaceful. The on-site restaurant offeredl a poor selection of food and the dishes are very overpriced especially considering my meal was undercooked. The accommodation was OK on our first stay but in the journey back the accommodation was awful. The 2nd bedroom was really badly laid out, there were no insect screens or blinds on the windows so we couldn't open them. There was a strong smell of damp not helped by the mop and bucket in the middle of the room. The biggest issue for us was the travel cot had a mattress but no stiff base underneath so you could feel the bars underneath. We tried to pad it with blankets but in the end I had to put him in the claustrophobic bed whilst I laid at the bottom. All of this not helped by the fact we couldn't open the windows and the curtains let in lots of light. All in all a pretty disastrous stay and would definitely not return or recommend.

Huntingdon Couple
It is a great place for a short (or longer holidays) with the Marquenterre being a highlight with nesting storks, spoonbills etc. Also in striking distance of WW1 battle sites and museums.. Parc itself is pleasant if not spectacular. Pity that the restaurant is not open much of the week in June but this is understandable. Easy drive from Calais.

Stockport Couple
The caravan was lovely. We had a problem with the door, but the courier sorted it promptly.

West Midlands Family (the eldest child is at school)
Domaine de Drancourt is ideal if used as a stop-over but I would not recommend this park for a longer stay. The shop was expensive and closed most of the time. Only the cafe bar was open and this was very small and not ideal. The other bars and restaurant were not open as I thought they would be at the end of May. The grounds/gardens could do with some maintenance. The crazy golf course was not very well maintained. It was also very overgrown by the eurocamp tents. The main camping field was noisy but it did quieten down at around 11.30 p.m. so you could get a good nights sleep. The toilet facilities were clean and adequate. The swimming pool was small but adequate and well heated but is unattended so please don't let your children swim on their own. The parc is very dark at night so don't forget to take a torch. Lots of wildlife around the parc and I enjoyed watching the red squirrels. On the whole we did not have a bad experience at this parc but things could be improved to make this a great site.
