Further afield, you will find spectacular panoramic views of the Pyrénées at the Pic du Midi Observatory, and about 30km from the parc is the small town of Lourdes.

The Grottes de Betharram must be seen whilst you are staying at this campsite. They are some of the most beautiful caves in the world with five different storeys stacked on top of one another like a house.  Visitors explore on a little train, boats and by foot.

International Music Festival, Luz St Sauveur

Luz St Sauveur has a busy events calendar during the summer months and also during the winter skiing season. There are sporting events, festivals, concerts and much more. On 21st June the town joins in with other towns across the world to celebrate music, with live performances filling the streets.

Free cycling routes, supplied by each regions' local tourist office, can be found at the Eurocamp reception on parc. These are great for planning your road cycling adventure, so don’t forget to drop in and pick one up when you arrive.
