Tess and Charlie our couriers were extremely friendly and helpful. Caravan was spotless and well equipped as was the parc itself. A short walk into the town which was very pretty. Pool areas and laundry areas which we used were spotless too. The only thing that let the parc down was the supposed shop. Only the very basics were stocked such as coffee, milk, sugar and bread. Not a real problem as there is a Carrefour supermarket just down the road, but I think Eurocamp should be aware that we thought the term shop was a little misleading.

The parc is located in a beautiful area of the Pyrenees, great access to nearby mountains for hiking and cycling

Lovely camp, nice mountain lodge accommodation which worked well for us as a family with older children having two bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. Ten minute walk or two minute drive to Carrefour supermarket in the village makes it convenient and easy to self cater. Choice of two pools plus an indoor means you can avoid the busy one with slides if not your thing. Reception sell a few shopping items and you can pre order bread but really with the village so close it's not a problem that they don't sell more. Great communal shower/loo block for campers plus on site laundry costs 4 euros to use. On site takeaway but we didn't use as it was the end of season and closed shortly after we arrived. A really nice, peaceful site with great views, very clean and perfect location. Eurocamp reps Tess and Charlie were very friendly and helpful and keep things running incredibly smoothly which meant our arrival in the early hours went without a hitch.

We enjoyed a good holiday as grandparents with 3 young children aged 7, 2 and 6 months. The site was safe and the children enjoyed the facilities. The only drawback was the failure of the free wi-fi to operate anywhere other than at the site's reception. As soon as we moved away from that area the signal disappeared resulting in us having to purchase expensive data download packages from our network providers.
