- My overall holiday experienced is marred by the fact that we was failed to be informed about the problem the park and wider area have with burglaries and how frequently they happen. We found out the hard way by experiencing this first hand with finding an intruder in our holiday home in the middle of the night. The Eurocamp representative made no mention of this and we only found out from the local Gendarme how frequently it happens (5 times in the previous week). I appreciate this isn't something that doesn't want to be advertised but out of courtesy to customers I feel that Eurocamp should have made us aware how big of a problem this is. Please be vigilant and make sure all doors and windows are locked and valuables are kept safe and hidden in your homes.
That aside the parc and its staff and facilities are very nice and of a high quality, myself and our family felt it was this that actually redeemed the holiday for us. Also the surrounding area and towns, i.e. St Maxime, St Tropez are very nice and recommend these as places to visit.
Also if arriving on a Sunday or late Saturday evening you will find it had to find essentials such as milk, tea, coffee, cereals due to the local shops all being closed.

Thank you for your feedback. Whilst occurrences like this are rare on our parcs, we are so very sorry to hear about your recent experience with us and the impact this clearly had on your lasting memory here. We’ll be sure to pass your comments on to our overseas team so we thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are pleased however to read that you enjoyed the local area and we do hope that we'll see you back with Eurocamp in the near future. Customer Care Team
