Canyoning is an extreme adventure where you explore an artificial canyon, abseiling waterfalls, wading through underground rivers and whizzing down a zip wire into the pools (suitable for children over the age of 9).
Learn all about what lies just of the coast and relax as you gaze out into the deep blue at Banyuls-sur-Mer aquarium.
Just down the road from the campsite at St Cyprien is the exciting water park, Aqualand. There is a great selection of rides, slides, pool and playgrounds, so all ages will have a great day.
If you want to venture further afield then you could spend the day in sunny Spain. Barcelona offers a perfect day trip opportunity.
There are lots of picturesque Catalan coastal villages within a short bus ride: Collioure is a really pretty town, as is Port Vendres, and Argelès Plage on the doorstep offers a fantastic beach, numerous shops, bars, restaurants and traditional markets.
