Par Cornwall
We had a lovely holiday. The couriers ( Gemma and mark) where very helpful. The caravan site was in a fantastic position between the lakes. However when we drove into the site it look very untidy with the long term accommodation, our section was fine and I think we had the best site overlooking the mountains. 1 criticism would be no television. After a day out and about it would have been appreciated

Milton Keynes
It was one of my best holiday with my family and kids. Interlaken is beautifully beyond your thought. Cleanest part of the world. But,
It is not cheap.....

We have often stayed at this campsite because it is in a very convenient location for visiting all the local attractions. The site itself is very pleasant and has a relaxing atmosphere. There are nice views from the mobile homes which have suitably sized pitches. There are local bus services and the railway system is accessible in Interlaken. Lauterbrunnen is close by.

Switzerland was great.

the parc courier did not know the prices for the excursions properly - which would be expected to be honest. The green sheet provided with the excursion costs covered the basics however does not give you a proper breakdown so when you go to book them you know how much, as when my partner and I did this is ended up being significantly more than told/ indicated on the sheet.

Parc was very clean and tidy and very handy to have the bus fare to interlaken included. I was disappointed with the Avant range - I expected it to be bigger and contain Air conditioning - however it did not- I must have been mistaken upon booking it - If anything it was smaller that the previous Espirit and classic range we have stayed in previously.

There was no storage space at all within the seating/ kitchen area as the cupboards were full with items such as saucepans etc leaving one small shelf above the seat to put food on and that it therefore we had to leave the dry food products within the bags on the seats - making it rather inconvenient

The only thing making the avant different was how modern it was compared to the cheaper ranges - However unless there is the aspect available at future sites I would book the lower ranges instead of the Avant. I have already passed this view onto a family member who had booked a holiday at Lake Garda with yourselves next year who is now going to change/ cancel the booking.

the location of the tents on the park is set back from the lake and not great. But the tents themselves are lovely. Clean, and well equipped.

The campsite location beautiful.
Euro camp pitches in awful positions amongst residential privately owned vans.
Restaurant had already stopped selling wine by carafe
Shop had very little stock, we felt that although the site was still open they'd started closing
