We enjoyed the holiday. The L'Oceano d'Or park was reasonably good . Campsite was spacious. Pools were divided between roofed and open air which was good in wet weather. There was plenty of seating / sun beds. They did get very crowded, however. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rest of the facilities were average. The children's play area wasn't very good. A shame there is no open air area to eat in the sunshine. There was some take away food available and the shop had all you might need if you didn't want to drive off site. Some children's entertainmers if needed. The entertainment in the evening was OK but the bar was too crowded to really want to stay. The magician was good, the disco poor, the one live band I saw was fun. So overall, good in some aspects but definitely room for improvement and investment.

We had a lovely, lovely time. The pools were great fun, and the location was excellent to visit places from. We liked the area very much.
However, the caravans were very close together and I could hear the man in the next caravan snoring. Also the quiet time between 11 at night and 8 in the morning was not adhered to. The entertainment was very loud and went on past 11 at night. As we had young children this was a problem as it disturbed their sleep.
The pool also had rules e.g. No inflatables, that were also not adhered to. This meant that older children were making it difficult for younger children to enjoy the pool. On several occasions older boys ( 16+) were playing ball from one end of the pool to the other and the ball hit younger children in the face causing them to cry. No apologies were made and the game continued.
If there are to be rules they should be enforced, otherwise there shouldn't be any.

The parc is ok. Good shop, decent bar and the pool is nice but pitches are very packed in with little privacy. It's suited to young families more than older kids and couples. Take away is expensive but good food. Jard-sur-Mer is nice and there is a large Super U nearby. The beach is good too. Our accommodation was tired to be honest and not as clean is we've enjoyed in other years.
