Mostly great but significantly marred by the unbelievably uncomfortable mattresses on the beds.

This was our first visit to a Eurocamp location as a family and we were extremely pleased with the facilities, our accommodation and the general atmosphere of the parc. It's a great place for families with lots of stuff for the children to do including playgrounds, free kids' clubs and other activities. The staff were all wonderful and were always happy to help and understood my very rudimentary French. We enjoyed this holiday so much we immediately booked again for next year when we got home.

Town was lovely however the park is packed like sardines. Travelled with Eurocanp for 9+ years and next year is first year we won't return. Paid an extortionate amount for an Avant and it was a waste of money. Boiler had to be repaired twice, spent 3 days out of 8 showering in public blocks, pillows were like air and courier would only allow us 1 per person. Mattress was so hard I had to take medication after 4 days as I could barely move. No Bluetooth speaker for my son, even tho brochure said it came with one, courier said they had been withdrawn. Pitch was so small we were packed in like sardines. We had a tree scraping on the back of the mobile home so nighttime was like being in a scary movie. Canopy was so large that it covered all the deck and in front of our pitch was another huge tree so even on sunny days we had complete shade so decking remained mostly damp and swimwear never dried! All in all a waste of our money, really, really disappointed. Last year we stayed in an Espace at Pin Parasol and the pitch was double the size (felt more like a villa with garden!) and much more homely. Really gutted to have spent so much money and it's wasted. Park facilities are brilliant tho.
