We had a lovely 11 nights at this campsite, although pleased to be leaving when we did. The site was becoming increasingly busy with a lot of serviced pitches for private hire along with Yelloh hire and other companies.
The campsite was clean and well maintained. The staff in the reception area were very helpful and knowledgeable about the surrounding area and the amenities that were available.
The swimming pool did feel overcrowded at times, and, despite the campsite leaflet stating that towels did not reserve sun loungers this was evidently not monitored. At times it was clear that the number of people in the pool did not equate to the number of sun loungers taken with towels. All of the Pin Parasol staff were friendly and courteous and maintained a safe pool environment. The entertainment staff engaged with the children on their terms and encouraged them to take part in games in the pool.
We wold look to return, but maybe later in August.

Parc was lovely and clean. Not enough toilets- didn't expect to queue for the loo! Also music was playing at night when we first arrived which was comforting and then got turned off. Silent loos at night felt a bit scary! Staff always very friendly and always said hello. Always seemed to be cleaning. Reception staff helpful and friendly.
Couriers we only saw on arrival, a request on day one, and on departure. Didn't appear very knowledgeable, not helpful when we discovered leaving property behind. Usual problem of people reserving sun beds with towels.... but pools very clean and staff always present which is comforting with young children. Rarely a queue for bread in the morning, some great kids activities.

Good Park. Brilliant pool. Tired accommodation. Terrible bed and mattress in double room meant poor sleep for entire visit. No restaurant on park, just an expensive cafe with very very slow service. Rained 10 days out of 12 too!

Booking a Safari tent for the first time, I was disappointed to find one sleeping blanket was missing on one of the single beds, the fireplace just didn't work and the cushions around the dining table were dirty and had no covers on. This attention to detail is important, especially when expecting a superior quality of tent accommodation.

Having stayed here 2 years previously we were very excited to go back. The site was still lovely but Eurocamp accommodation (Esprit)was filthy dirty, in bad state of repair and courier was rude and unhelpful.

Loads of sun beds well spread out with large indoor pool as well, Beautiful lake close by although not sure about lake "beach" as such but kayaking and pedal board lots of fun and donkey riding close by. 5 children in party 9-16 and they loved it, def planning return visit.
