Don't miss a trip to Harder Kulm, amazing view of Interlaken and both lakes. You can see the campsite from up there too but be warned, its not cheap to eat/drink up there! Brienz is lovely too, see the good carvers at work and pick up a souvenir cuckoo clock :)++++,
The scenery in and around the Lauterbrunnen valley is stunning and makes for a very relaxing holiday. There is nevertheless plenty to do with access to the mountain tops via the trains, cable cars and gondolas. Views from the high stations are stunning often being able to see directly into the valleys thousands of meters below. Holidaying in Switzerland is not cheap however with everything up a notch on UK, French and German prices.
stunning scenery, unbelievable efficient and coordinated public transport, very accessible mountains and freindly cutomer service. Not too sure about the cuisine though ... but then you don;t go to Switerland for the food.
