A good variety of wines, an interesting local cuisine (especially sea-food), pleasant beaches, attractive-looking towns and cities, all in a relatively compact area. And not so crowded as some other holiday destinations in France.

Oh my goodness so many amazing places to explore in so little time.

From the golden sandy beaches with clear Mediterranean Sea to the beautiful Montpellier and Carcassonne. We were even lucky enough to see the wild pink flamingos.
