We flew and didn't hire a car so having the option to walk to the nearest town was a bonus.
More extensive info on local area would have been helpful especially in terms of walking, coastal paths etc

Beautiful area, so much to do whatever your age. Towns are very Cosmopolitan. Beaches breath taking and costal walks too.

It wasn't too commercialised. Proper Spain! Very pretty . Beaches lovely. Playa d aro good for shopping and beach. Barcelona lovely day trip. Very friendly people. Not too pricey. Would love to go again.

This coast has a variety of different resorts where everyone can find something they like. For example, Playa D'Aro has a long main street with wide promenades and is very pleasant, whereas Palamos has narrower, older streets and has an active fishing harbour
