Even non-golfers know that this is the place to go for top class courses. There are more than 70 of them – so if you’re not a golfer now, you might be by the time you come home.

Sports and Activities
If you’ve never ridden a horse before, now is your chance. There are lots of equestrian centres in this area, and once you’ve mastered the basics you’ll be ready to ride off into the sunset - or join an organised excursion.
Look inland for great places to walk and cycle. If you’re serious about your hiking, get your boots on and head for the beautiful hilltop town of Ronda. From there you can river walk through many of the deep gorges and river caves in the region.
Tennis is just as popular as golf around here so it’s easy to book a court and demolish your opposition. If you’re not quite world-class standard, tennis lessons are also available.
