Can I use electrical appliances in a tent?
In tent accommodation there will always be a spare continental plug socket available however due to the variable nature of power supply on parcs these should only be used for low power items e.g. phone chargers and never for heat generating elements. In mobile home accommodation a large number have continental plug sockets. We recommend that you take an adaptor with you if staying in mobile home or tent accommodation.

When can I get into my accommodation?
Accommodation will be ready from 3pm. On most parcs, if you arrive before 3pm, you cannot go into your accommodation but can make use of parc facilities. You must vacate your accommodation by 10am on your day of departure although you can still use the parc facilities, including the shower blocks, for the rest of the day.

Can friends & family join us for part of our stay?
As long as accommodation & site restrictions are adhered to, other people can join you for £9 per person per night. You must notify us of all amendments before departure.

Do I need to take a plug adaptor?
Most of our Holiday Homes are fitted with the UK style 3 pin plug. Our tents have the two pin European sockets. These are suitable for equipment such as a CD player, but not for any appliance containing a heating element, such as a hair dryer or a toaster. An adaptor would be needed to use the electrical sockets in the shower blocks for your hair dryer, shaver or to use your iron in the ironing room
