Booking queries & paying for your holiday

 

How do I pay for my holiday?
Your deposit can be paid with a Credit Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa Debit, Solo, Bankers Draft or by Cheque. Please note that if you choose to pay with a cheque we must receive it within seven days of booking, or the holiday will automatically be dropped. It is advisable to telephone and confirm that your cheque has been received and that your holiday is confirmed. Any payments made with a Credit Card will carry a 2% handling fee.

The deposit for your holiday is £99. An additional deposit may be required for flights, car hire, and Irish Ferries. Plus Apartment Resort bookings are subject to a deposit of £150 or 15% of the balance, whichever is greater. This is required to confirm your holiday booking.

An invoice is sent to you before your holiday start date. Full payment is due once your holiday details have been finalised. This can be paid by Switch/Maestro, Visa Debit, Solo, Credit Card or by Cheque.

You can also stagger your payments to suit your budget. There is no minimum amount required, so you can pay as much as you like, as often as you like, until 12 weeks before departure when the remaining balance of your holiday is due.

I will have my own personal insurance so why is your insurance on my booking?
As part of our commitment to ensure that all customers have sufficient insurance cover, we add our cover until you provide us with alternative details. You must provide us with alternative details before our insurance cover starts, i.e. when you pay the premium in full.

When will I receive my travel documents?
Within 7 to 10 days of booking your holiday, you will receive an acknowledgement, unless you have booked your holiday very early. It is very important at this stage to read and check that all of your details are correct. If there are any inaccuracies at all, please contact us straight away so that they can be rectified. We will send these documents by email where an email address has been provided. If you would prefer to receive these documents through the post instead, please advise us.

Please read the 'Important Information' on your Holiday Invoice for more details. Documents will normally be sent to you about 5 weeks prior to departure. Any gifts, including maps, if applicable to your booking, will be sent separately between 3-5 weeks before departure.

When you have confirmed your booking you will be able to view all of your booking details online in 'My Holiday File'.

Are special requests guaranteed?
No, whilst we are happy to make a note of your request they cannot be guaranteed.

Do I need a passport to travel to Europe?

Can you arrange wheelchair hire?
Wheelchairs can be hired from local pharmacies for approximately 20 Euros per week. If requested, we can try to order one however please note this is not always possible.
