- • Will I have to pay anything when I book?
Until the 31 October the deposit for your holiday is £50. After that date it will go up to £100, and an additional deposit may be required for flights, motorail, car hire, and Irish Ferries. Plus Holiday Village bookings are subject to a deposit of £150 or 15% of the balance, whichever is greater.This is required to confirm your holiday booking. Your deposit can be paid with a Credit Card, Switch, Bankers Draft or by Cheque. Please note that if your choose to pay with a cheque we must receive it within seven days of booking, or the holiday will automatically be dropped. It is advisable to telephone and confirm that your cheque has been received and that your holiday is confirmed.

- • What Happens next?
Approx. 4 weeks before departure, you will receive your travel pack from Eurocamp. This will include travel tickets, Disney Tickets (if applicable), accommodation vouchers, tourist guidebook of area, Michelin Map of Region and GB/IRL sticker. It is important that you check all of the details on your documents on receipt. If there are inaccuracies, please call our reservations staff to amend your details immediately.
- • When is the final balance due?
An invoice is sent to you before your holiday start date. Full payment is due once your holiday details have been finalised. This can be paid by Switch, Credit Card or by Cheque. Our advisor will ask you at the time of booking if you would like your final payment to be taken automatically from your credit card. If you choose this option, you will be notified of the amount and date the balance will be taken.
- • What documentation do I receive regarding my booking?
Within 7 to 10 days of booking your holiday, you will receive an acknowledgement. It is very important at this stage to read and check that all your details are correct. If there are any inaccuracies at all, please call our advisers straight away so that they can be rectified.
- • When is your Call Centre Open?
Our Call Centre is open 7 days a week. Monday to Friday from 9am - 9pm. Saturdays from 9am - 5pm and Sundays from 10am - 5pm.
