Our 27th year at this parc. With its perfect alpine setting, this parc offers spectacular scenery and a wonderful region for exploring.

Set in the heart of the Alps, La Serraz naturally offers superb views of the mountains that surround it, which is particularly pleasant when swimming in the parc’s pools. Shimmering Lake Annecy is easily accessible from the parc, with a lake beach just 1km away and activities that include swimming, all sorts of watersports and pleasure boat trips. The village of Doussard is only a short walk away, with shops, a restaurant and a bar, which are especially useful when the parc’s facilities are closed in low season. Annecy itself, with its flower-lined canals and arcaded streets is a great attraction, while both Italy and Switzerland are just a short drive away. A Walking and Wildlife guide will be available on parc for selected dates in low season, providing a range of guided walks around the local area.

Local events

The Noctibules Festival of performing arts takes place in July at Annecy in the town's streets and squares; a summer event of dance, music and theatre, the Nuits de Fourviere, take place in the Roman amphitheatre on the hill above Lyon on 14th June to 6th August.

Getting there

Flights to Geneva, Lyon or St Etienne are an option for those wishing to fly drive. The channel tunnel or ferries to Calais or Caen are an alternative for those preferring to drive.
