Spain’s beautiful coastline is full of contrast; the beautiful rugged coastline of the Costa Verde has many magnificent sandy beaches and fine sights to see. This region is made up of traditional farmhouses and quaint Spanish villages. The capital Bilbao is a magnificent seaport and gives visitors a glimpse of real Spanish culture and life. It also has an excellent museum of contemporary art with works by Kandisky, Picasso and Warhol. The surrounding area is picture perfect with its glowing sunflower fields, butterflies and blue skies.
