Our 27th year at this parc. While there are plenty of activities on this quiet parc, there are also many wonderful walks just beyond it.

It’s little wonder that Raguénès is so popular with families, bringing many people back year after year. Not only are the owners incredibly friendly and enthusiastic, but this quiet parc really is ideal for young families, with a family swimming pool, children’s pool complete with mini waterslide and waterchute as well as a new covered pool planned for 2010. There is also a small friendly bar, a shop and take-away to meet most needs. Discos and evening entertainment are occasionally organised in high summer, but this parc isn’t really for those seeking nightlife. Instead, why not take a short stroll through the cornfields to the quiet, secluded beach, or simply wander at will through the delightful local countryside.

Local events

With its rich celtic culture, festivals abound here. Festival de la cite des Hortensias at Perros-Guirec, a 2 day International festival in the centre of town, 12th to 14th August; La Fete de la Morue in Binic from 5th to 8th May celebrates local fishing and the Festival des Ramparts in Dinan from 22nd to 23rd July features jousting knights in the heart of this fine medieval city.

Getting there

Fly drive is a convenient option for Brittany with regional airports at Brest, Dinard, Rennes and Nantes. Alternatively there are ferries that go from Portsmouth, Poole and Plymouth.
