Our 25th year at this parc. As pretty as it is peaceful, Valle Romantica offers you easy access to Switzerland, as well as to a private lake beach.

Close to many of Italy’s most beautiful lakes and less than 2km from the Swiss border, Valle Romantica, an evergreen favourite, enjoys a setting that is as tranquil as it is beautiful. The parc has a small but attractive swimming pool that is perfect for a refreshing dip, while Eurocamp customers also have free access to the lake beach at ‘Camping Riviera’, which shares the same friendly Swiss owner. Many pitches at Valle Romantica are shaded and all are individual and attractive, with an abundance of brightly coloured flowers, shrubs and trees making it a delightfully relaxing spot. Those who like to explore however, will find Switzerland less than 2km away, while a little further afield you will discover other beautiful Italian lakes.

Local events

The area offers a number of festivals, including the Festival Latino Americano in Milan, featuring Latin American music, drama and crafts from 15th June to 15th August at the Fila Forum, the huge Naviglio Grande Antiqurs Fair in Milan on 30th April and last Sunday every month (not July/Aug), and famous Verona Opera Festival between 17th June and 31st August in the unique Roman amphitheatre.

Getting there

With airports at Milan, Verona and Brescia, fly-drive is an easy option. Alternatively, for those wishing to drive, various routes ans stopovers are available from Calais, Zeebrigge or Hook of Holland.
