Our 3rd year at this parc. With its gorgeous natural setting and wine theme, this parc gives you a genuine flavour of France.

Part of the prestigious Castels chain, the parc owners have created a unique theme, based around the stunning wine producing chateau. Guests are able to take guided tours around the chateau and vineyard and purchase a wide variety of wine that the estate produce every year. The pitches are located amongst tranquil and picturesque oak trees and the facilities including a heated swimming pool and parc restaurant, will appeal to families with young children. There is also an indoor spa, jacuzzi and sauna, and in May, June and September, you will get a free 45 minute session when you spend more than 3 nights on parc (small charge otherwise). Off parc, try trekking at the Camargue national park or take a ride along the 25 miles of purpose built cycle track which runs from Sommieres through the parc itself.

Local events

Children's theatre is given a raucous outing at the Voila Enfentillages Children's Festival in Montpellier from 7th to 15th of May; while the Printemps des Comediens Comedy Festival returns to Montpellier for its 21st year from 3rd June to 6th July.You will also find Montpellier host to a major European Dance Festival from 20th June to 5th July.

Getting there

With a choice of regional airports including Carcassone, Montpellier, Nimes and Perpignan fly drive is a popular option. Transfers are available to book from Montpellier and Nimes. Crossings from Dover or Portsmouth are an alternative for those wishing to drive.
