Venturing beyond the Les Tours parc, your location between Auvergne and the Lot Valley leaves you perfectly placed to see the best sights that this region has to offer.

Just 32km to the south, you will find the enchanting town of Espalion complete with its red sandstone 13th century bridge and small riverside chateau, which really sets this little town apart.

If you are visiting the Les Tours campsite between 21-24th July, then you could enjoy the entertaining street theatre which is located nearby in Chalon-sur-Salone. However, if you were to be visiting a little later, you shouldn't miss the Townus Passions event, which offers everything from classical concerts and street parties to art exhibitions between 1st June - 1st Oct.

Should you want to experience the delights of wine tasting, then the International Folklonades and Wine Festival should interest you. You can find this in Dijon and Beaune between the dates of 29th Aug to 4th Sept.
