Parc Highlights

  • This authentic parc enjoys a tranquil setting

  • Take a leisurely trip to the beach on the parc's free shuttle boat

  • Great location, not far from St Raphael and St Tropez

A real hidden gem, this parc nestles in secluded woodland close to a really lovely beach.

Despite its close proximity to the heart of the Riviera, L’Etoile d’Argens enjoys a peaceful, rural setting with a vineyard as its nearest neighbour. The owners take great pride in their parc too, and this is evident everywhere you look. There’s a super pool complex with adjoining bar and restaurant and from May to August the ‘animateur’ organises activities for all the family. In high summer you can also travel free of charge on the parc’s busy 44 seater boat down the tranquil river to the golden beaches of St. Aygulf that are some of the best on the Riviera. You are also just across the bay from Fréjus and the fashionable resort of St. Raphaël.

Pre-bookable zoned accommodation is available to book on this parc for 2013 holidays. For more information on zone locations please view the sitemap above.

Customer tips

Local recommendations and tips our customers have shared with us following their holiday at l'Etoile d'Argens.

"The boat trip to St Tropez and train to Monaco were great days out. There's a cheap family rail ticket which allows as much travel as you want in one day which was really useful."
A. Weir, Oxfordshire

"We absolutely love this part of France. Our favourite village is Roquebrune with the old winding streets. Our favourite beach is Plage du Grand Boucherel which is a small cove between St Aygulf and Les Issambres. Port Grimaud is well worth a visit with its canals and lovely beach and Le Lavandou and Cavalaire-sur-Mer are also lovely resorts."
H. Mole, Tyne and Wear

"Although just under a couple of hours' drive away, the Gorges du Verdon area is magnificent with many activities. Our 2 children, ages 9 and 11, really enjoyed the adventure park plus we all went canyoning which was fantastic."
A. Burns, Dubai

"Frejus old town was lovely, a real surprise. Monaco was great, worth a visit to see how the 'have big yachts' live! We walked the F1 route with our kids which was cool as the markings were still on the road in places, including the start line. We even found a reasonably-priced place for dinner."
M. Dunlop, Renfrewshire

"We visited St Tropez, Monaco, St Maxime and Frejus. We loved St Maxime for being typically French and ate at an amazing restaurant, La Maison Bleue. It was just fantastic. We would also recommend the boat across to St Tropez from St Maxime as it's reasonably priced and only takes 20 minutes, plus you avoid traffic into the busy town and it's a very pleasant excursion at the same time."
K. Hammond, Lancashire

"We have been to this area for the last 2 or 3 years, Roquebrune in particular. We also like the beaches at St Aygulf, St Raphael and Agay. Frejus is a lovely little town with a great market twice weekly. The Butcher's Table restaurant in Port Santa Lucia is very nice and overlooks the lovely boats."
A. Neal, Bedfordshire

"We went to Marine World at Antibes to see the dolphins and killer whales - the kids loved it. We also enjoyed St Tropez."
R. Day, Hampshire

"St Aygulf beach is absolutely gorgeous. There are a number or small restaurants on the beach and we ate at a couple - all are child-friendly and the food was fantastic. Everyone we met there was helpful and friendly even though our French wasn't brilliant! Definitely worth visiting the beach, especially if you have children. We also went to the Cannes Film Festival one year which was an amazing experience."
K. Perkins, North Yorkshire

"Frejus is simply an amazing old town. Market day there is wonderful, but visiting any other day is still a treat. A drive up into the hills to the Gorges du Verdon, past the vineyards and olive oil plantations is a fantastic experience."
L. Skerritt, Lincolnshire
