Personal Insurance 2017

As well as making good sense, it is a condition of booking that you are adequately insured. You can purchase travel insurance through us, or elsewhere.  If you decide to purchase insurance elsewhere, you will need to provide the name of your insurer and the policy number.

Please note that the European Health Insurance Card (the old E111) is not a substitute for medical insurance. This card gives you access to the same state provided healthcare as a resident of the EU country you are visiting. Cover varies from country to country but usually does not pay for such things as ambulances, rescue and repatriation or even the full cost of a hospital stay or prescribed drugs. It also does not provide any cover for cancellation, travel delay and disruption or your personal belongings.

What our cover can offer you

Pre-existing medical conditions

It is quite common for other travel insurance policies to exclude pre-existing medical conditions, however our insurance will offer cover to customers with pre-existing medical conditions provided that they meet certain health requirements before travel. These requirements can be found within our flowchart below.

Cancellation cover included on all personal insurance purchased through Eurocamp subject to terms and conditions.

Greenbank Holidays Ltd T/A Eurocamp is an appointed representative of ITC Compliance Limited which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (their registration number is 313486) and which is permitted to advise on and arrange general insurance contracts.
