We have teamed up with Europcar to provide you with really competitive prices on car hire with collection from all major airports or TGV train stations. All you have to do is pre-book with Eurocamp and make your way to the car hire desk on arrival.

When you book

When calling us to book your car hire you must supply us with the details of your flight number and arrival time. This is imperative to guarantee your hire car will be available for pick-up should your flight be delayed. In some destinations car hire locations may not be open for vehicle collection or drop off on Sundays and public holidays, please check with our sales staff at the time of booking if this is likely to affect you. A supplement is payable on arrival for drivers under age 25. A deposit of £30 is taken at time of booking.

On arrival

When collecting your car you will need a clean full UK/EU driving licence and a valid credit card, both of which must be in the name of the lead driver. Full terms and conditions can be provided at the time of booking or when picking up your car with your car rental agreement.

Excess Reimbursement Insurance

Save money with our Excess Reimbursement Protection

Standard Collision Damage Waiver still leaves you liable for excess, which means you must still pay the first amount of any damage. This is usually at least £300 and often more, unless you pay a local supplement of around £10 per day for Super Collision Damage Waiver.

We can offer you alternative insurance that reimburses the excess that you have to pay, up to a maximum of £2,000 (or equivalent in local currency) any one claim, limited to £3,000 in total for all claims arising out of any one Rental Agreement. The policy is arranged by Voyager Insurance Services Ltd. and is underwritten by White Horse Insurance Ireland Ltd.

DEMANDS AND NEEDS
This travel insurance policy will suit the Demands and Needs of an individual wishing to insure themselves against the cost of reimbursing a hire car policy excess that you are obliged to pay following theft or damage to the vehicle. Subject to terms, conditions and maximum specified claim limit.
