  1. Here to help if travel advice changes

If FCO (the Foreign and Commonwealth Office) travel advice changes for your holiday destination, our expert holiday advisors are here to help.

Our team are available by phone or live chat to guide you through your options without any fuss, from helping you find an alternative date or destination, to arranging a credit against a 2021 holiday.

  1. No amendment fees if you’re concerned about travelling

We understand that you may be unsettled about travelling to some regions. So, even if your holiday destination remains unaffected by a change in FCO advice, we’ll help you look at options for changing the dates or destination of your holiday.

We’ll make any changes without charging our usual amendment fee. You may incur extra accommodation or travel costs if you do this, but we’ll do what we can to minimise them.

  1. Balance payment flexibility

During this time, we recognise flexibility is more important than ever. That’s why we’re adjusting the balance due date for all 2020 holidays.

Full payment will now be required 6 weeks before your departure date, instead of the normal 12 weeks.

  1. Peace of mind with ABTA and ATOL bonding

When you book a package holiday with us you're fully protected by our ABTA and ATOL bonding.

In simple terms, your money is in safe hands and is fully protected.

Our holiday experts are always there to give you the very latest advice before you book, or before you travel.

On parc, our English-speaking holiday reps can help you with any aspect of your holiday and can keep you informed with travel tips and information whilst abroad. 

We’re also reviewing all of our cleaning procedures, and staff in resort will be fully trained and extra vigilant to ensure that they meet the latest guidance.
