- We went on 23/9/17 and on arrival reception staff just seemed disinterested and this was the attitude of 95% of the staff.
Our mobile was backed on to a busy and noisy road. The mobile itself needed updated and the mould removed from the shower sealant. It was cold in the evenings and the children's room bedroom heater did not work but when I attempted to address this with staff true to form they were not interested.
To eat out in the camp was expensive and not very good apart from the restaurant on the Plaza overlooking the sea which was lovely. I appreciate that at any given time some activities/facilities may be cancelled or closed but no kids club running, trampolines closed, kids water park not running in either of the 2 areas for the entire week, towel hire facility at pool ceased, no bike hire, etc etc and the reason we were given, 'it's the end of the season'. We booked the holiday based on the activities advertised for children but a large percentage of them were not available to us.
No Eurocamp reps contacted us at all over the week despite being advised they would be. The grounds of the camp are lovely but unfortunately, our first experience of Eurocamp was not a good one and doubt we'd book with them again.
