The parc is very pretty and well laid out. The approach roads are very narrow and tricky though. Despite the horrible weather we managed a good day out each day. If the weather had been better we would probably have used the pool complex which did look nice. The caravan was adequate for our needs but it was getting a little tired. Would we go back? Yes we would, if we could have the weather we had a few years ago.

St Neots
We asked to be moved from our Esprit because it was under the trees and very shady. Unfortunately the weather during our stay wasn't good, lots of rain and rather cold. We were moved into a Classic (No.50). This was in a better open position although very tired with torn covers on the furnishings. A young family travelling a long way to get to this site would be very disappointed in their holiday home. The gas fire was broken, the barbecue didn't work. Two gas rings didn't work. The shower was poor. The restaurant was just a tent and the shop very small and poorly stocked. The swimming pools looked nice but unfortunately because of the cold weather we didn't use it. The site itself is in a nice rural area ideal for walks, close to Sarlat and other attractions.

Thank you for your feedback. It's such a shame to learn that your recent holiday was affected by poor weather, but we do hope that this didn't stop you from enjoying an overall lovely holiday. Equally, we're sorry to hear that you felt down by the age and standard of our accommodation. We do have an ongoing programme of improvement for our accommodation range, so we'll be sure to get our Repair and Maintenance Team to follow up the maintenance issues that you have raised. Please be assured that the information that you have kindly spent time sharing with us will be used to help deliver a better holiday experience for our customers. Customer Care Team.

We found the kitchen in the Esprit very impractical - everything is so tightly packed together and it makes it difficult to work in as a 'team' or family. If the fridge freezer was placed in the corner where the totally useless triangular cabinet is, the whole kitchen area could be spread out and access to the sink, draining board and cupboards would be better. The breakfast bar is a joke and totally useless in our opinion.

The parc was good and ideally placed to visit Sarlat, although due to the persistent inclement weather we didn't get to use the pool facilities. When the sun did make a brief appearance we didn't get to see it as our accommodation was under a vast canopy of trees and in a position that would only get the early morning sun in midsummer. There was only one folding indoor chair and that was so rickety it was unsafe. The courier did find 3 others when we pointed this out to her. The only shelf in the wardrobe in the double bedroom collapsed as soon as we put anything on it. That was because there were only 3 shelf supports not 4 and it was barely big enough to fit on the supports anyway. The shelf that the microwave sat on had collapsed on one side and so the microwave was supported on the fridge. The fridge had no light and the seals didn't seal the door properly. Finally, the fire alarm was missing and we didn't spot that until day 3. The couriers brought and fitted a new one that day, but that item should really be on a couriers check list as an essential safety item. We didn't see our couriers until we had been on site over 24 hours. The key was left for us even though we arrived, as stated, at 6.30pm. Not an unusual hour for arrivals! In my over 30 years of Eurocamping, that's the first time we haven't been met by the couriers, although they were pleasant enough when we did see them. Perhaps it's the first sign of what we can expect from the French giant Homair, now they own Eurocamp

Site very basic. Did not see couriers after checking in.
Resurants only simple food plus did not look very inviting as just plastic chairs and looks like aTent.
Caravan not very clean had to sweep and clean floor, food behind
Micro wave.

Great holiday as the area is so beautiful. Couriers not great- didn't see them, not shown in, hard to find them, not good local knowledge. Site good for younger children but lake not as lovely as it looks on your publicity- you should make it clearly the site is not "on a lake" and you can't swim in it. Older teens got bored. No lights at table tennis table and basketball so nothing for that age to do after dark. Restaurant terrible but great that we had BBQ at mobile as we wanted to self cater anyway. Euro camp equipment poor- no boules or table tennis stuff as had "been stolen" - so very mixed. Luckily we are independent holidayers and our 2 little ones loved the site. My comments on couriers come from Having been one years ago for keycamp so i know what's expected & what makes things easy for clients. Still love eurocamp!
