The popular city of Béziers is less than 20km away and here you can spend a lovely day out browsing around the shops. It is also the main trading centre of the Languedoc wine industry. The busy port at Cap d'Agde is even closer and offers a number of waterside bars and restaurants, as well as the Aqualand water park, Cap d'Agde aquarium and Agd'Aventure treetop adventure park.

Europark Vias

The biggest fairground in France (with more than 80 attractions) is only 1km away. Fantastic roller coasters and other white knuckle rides like the Adrenalyn and Inversion 360 provide plenty of thrills, but there are loads of other attractions for all ages. Firework evenings are held on some Friday nights. Indoor Europark is a huge indoor play area for children with dozens of attractions.

Cap d'Agde aqualand

Just a slip and a slide away (12km to be exact) you will find Aqualand in the modern resort of Cap d'Agde. The water park has lots of great slides and pools to suit all ages. Agd' Aventure is another great local attraction - a forest adventure trail with amazing views over the sea.

Cap d'Agde Aquarium will let you into some of the secrets of the seas... You can get an amazing look at sharks and turtles at feeding time and there are over 30 tanks with fish from all over the world.



Set above the River Orb, this is the capital of the Languedoc Wine industry. It's also home to the biggest and best festival in the South of France - the Feria de Béziers - held for 5 days every August.



Visit the famous indoor market Les Halles de Narbonne (open daily from 6am to 1pm) and discover the very best of the local produce. Don't miss the monumental former palace of the Archbishops and the imposing Saint-Pasteur Cathedral.



A charming town bisected by canals bringing the sea right into the centre. Many locals have their own little boats to take them shopping! Completing the attraction are over 12km of wonderful beaches.

Off Parc Activities

Within easy walking distance is a lovely sandy Mediterranean beach with some of the warmest water in Languedoc, ideal for paddling or body-boarding. It is also fun for banana boating or floating along on a pedalo. For an active adventure take a canoe trip through the spectacular mountain gorges of the River Orb, or try your hand at scuba diving a Cap d’Agde.
