Iwade , kent
We have been to the South of France before with eurocamp and have always been pleased with our holidays. On this occasion our holiday was made by the the exceptional customer service given by our site representative Jacqui. We are used to excellent service but Jacqui surpassed this. The site was good but the inconsistent opening of the on site bar / resturant was quite frustrating. The site is a mainly the world of French holiday while we were there, so a little French speaking would be useful.
The site is very well situated if you like beaches with two nice beaches within easy walking distance. Driving through Toulon and Saint Seyne Sur Mer are quite difficult but not insurmountable. I recommend it as a very nice site but it is not for those who need lots of entertainment.

nice parc but road to caravan bumpy with very tight narrow turns - especially on a fully loaded motorcycle, caravans too small, loo should have washbasin, bedroom too small
courier nice but not often seen on site, more or less left to find our own van, almost no local information given, cleaning products given very basic
caravan reasonably clean
shower drain very slow even after cleaning
very few cooking facilities

Nice park, quiet and relaxing. Lovely views over sea to Toulon and 10 minute walk to the brilliant ferry across to Toulon. 5 minutes walk to a very nice bakery and 2 shops selling the usual necessities. Jackie, the Eurocamp Rep was extremely helpful and pleasant. Could not be faulted.

We did have problems finding the parc on arrival in the dark. We were very later because of 3 hour delay on the motorway but Jackie gave directions on the phone and was waiting at the parc gates so show us to the mobile home - even though it was 10 o.clock at night. Better directions on the booking confirmation would be a good idea.

Altogether a very nice stay even tough the weather was not prefect i.e. showery and cool for a couple of days.

The park was nice enough but the vans were basic. The rep was excellent very helpful the area was great and the boat over to Toulon a must. But make sure you take plenty of mosquito repellent and salve.
