- On arrival we had to phone the courier who reluctantly came to meet us. We were then informed we had to pay a deposit for a car park fob but he didn’t have one with him. Promised one the next morning at 9am but no show. Checked with colleague later and were informed it was his day off!! On our final day I text to ask that they see us to return our deposit, the response was that I had to come to them at a certain time or, and I quote, ‘you will have to come find us’. Not at all impressed. And to add insult to injury the courier came to our tent at 6.30 pm to make sure we were ok on our last day and that we’d had a good one. Surely the deposit could have been returned then?

What better way to arrive on holiday than with a warm and friendly welcome, I’m just so disappointed this was not the case for you and your family! Whilst I know there were some aspects of your holiday that you were able to enjoy, I am sorry that you were let down by others and I hope that we can welcome you and your family again real soon to any of our wide selection of parcs to prove to you just how superb our holidays can be.
