On arrival we had to phone the courier who reluctantly came to meet us. We were then informed we had to pay a deposit for a car park fob but he didn’t have one with him. Promised one the next morning at 9am but no show. Checked with colleague later and were informed it was his day off!! On our final day I text to ask that they see us to return our deposit, the response was that I had to come to them at a certain time or, and I quote, ‘you will have to come find us’. Not at all impressed. And to add insult to injury the courier came to our tent at 6.30 pm to make sure we were ok on our last day and that we’d had a good one. Surely the deposit could have been returned then?

Hi Damien

Thank you for sharing your review with us.

What better way to arrive on holiday than with a warm and friendly welcome, I’m just so disappointed this was not the case for you and your family! Whilst our team are comprehensively trained and incredibly hard working I’m confident they know better than this and so I’ll ensure your comments are brought to their attention. We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service throughout your holiday experience and so it’s always frustrating to hear of occasions like this as I can see how this has impinged on your overall holiday memory.

Whilst I know there were some aspects of your holiday that you were able to enjoy, I am sorry that you were let down by others and I hope that we can welcome you and your family again real soon to any of our wide selection of parcs to prove to you just how superb our holidays can be.

Thank you

Had an amazing holiday and would be happy to go back. I can't fault the reps. They showed the kids and I where they lived in case we needed anything during our stay, and popped by everyday to say hi. Only down side to the camp was how dusty it was (no fault of euro camp but the 32° heat / the one day it rained most tents flooded (euro camp reps excelled during this, staying up till the early hours digging trenches) and the lack of English entertainment. The entertainment and kids club where great but spoken in French with very broken English. It wasn't until we got there that we realised that euro camp only had one field and the rest of the camp inc the bar / pool etc...was owned and run by homair. Never the less we will defiantly be heading back to a eurocamp soon.

Been there 3 years in a row and we have always found it to great value. The beech is lovely and there has been great improvements this year. I think we will be back again next year.

We have returned to this park after a good holiday couple of years previously. However this trip was very different. There was no security of the gangs of people gathering every morning at 3:30am with no respect at keeping the noise down. In fact had music thumping out for everyone to hear. I myself confronted once but nothing. These people did what ever they wanted. The park is also looking tired and the pavements are dangerous in places. We will definitely not be returning. Sorry

It is cheap and cheerful! So you do get what you pay for! On arrival we were greeted by the parks security who were intimidating and like the mafia! Not very welcoming! Called the rep, who in fairness did come to meet us out of hours but was not much help! Nice enough guy, but we had 3 young children, 14 hour travel and 2 vans full of gear, we were unable to unpack by tent, when I asked about trolleys, rep said... we do have 2, but don’t know where they are and we use them too!! Do not much help! We did around 30 trips from the vans to our tent which was knackering after the journey! The accommodation is reasonable, stocked with utensils, chairs, loungers and an airer, even a socket and lights. The camp washrooms were not great! Human poo in male shower which is not eurocamps fault but we are using the facilities to take our children to and they do need updating! Our group of 8 were eaten alive by the mosquitos! On one count I had 66 bites! Even with wipes, sprays, lotions, bracelets! Which says to me that the camp was not sprayed early season, also incredibly dusty. On a good note, we did have fun, the pool and restaurant on site were great! The area is amazing and there is lots to do. The other travellers are very friendly and the site is family focussed and safe and my daughter was able to make lots of new friends. I had a great holiday but would not go back.

Hi Kevin

Thank you ever so much for your review on your recent holiday here.

I’m so pleased to hear you and your friends had a wonderful time and got the opportunity to explore the surrounding area. I’m sorry to read however that the very start of your holiday was not the smoothest, sadly if you arrive after 22.00 then our parcs do have a strict policy that restrict any motorised vehicles driving on or off of the parc until the next morning. As you can appreciate for both noise disturbance and safety this is a necessary rule however I can understand its inconvenience to you and your family on this occasion.

It concerns me to learn about your experience in the sanity blocks, this is certainly not the norm and whilst I’m confident that the cleaning and maintenance of such important facilities are being carried out thoroughly and throughout the day here, I will be sure to learn more to assure the quality of these services. We’re in regular contact with management here and will certainly talk more to them about the look and feel of these facilities.

It was great to have you and your friends join us this summer and I hope we have the opportunity to meet you all again next summer, at any of our many fantastic parcs.

Thank you
