Visited during the last week as such the shop was closed and none of the promoted excursions were available.
The accommodation wasn't the cleanest but for the price I got what I paid for so am not moaning. The reps( husband and wife team) were OK, he was friendly speaking when saw us on site and really quick to respond to an issue we had with the microwave, was with us in minutes.

The site staff in Reception were wonderful and really accommodating. I should imagine it's much better in high season but even then if you are looking for a park to spend most of your holiday on then you would struggle here.

I was surprised by how nice the park is considering it's so close to a major city. The facilities there are brilliant and the park is well kept.

The accommodation was very clean and sited well with a lot of space between you and the other pitches.

The accommodation was appalling! the shower was filthy dirty and very moldy also the rail fell off the wall every use and the bathroom generally stank of urine. When the shower was in use there was a horrid smell of dirty drains (poo). The bedrooms also had a horrible stagnant dirty smell like the mattress was 30 years old. The kitchen wasn't too bad but the lounge dinning area was so uncomfortable that you could not relax in the evening. we did enjoy having a bbq on the lovely decking area which had recently been renewed. Overall we believe that the accommodation we stayed has been not kept up-to. a standard we was expecting as you was highly recommended by our friends.

In darkness for the whole of the first Night and also the 2nd Night.
Activities had to be done late at Night as could not use floodlights children wanted to play football etc .....did not get started until after 12 finishing at 2am.
Not a good experience, unable to drive to collect, drop off cases as roads block by poor parking, police had to find resident to move vehicles obstructing access around camp, very frustrating when arriving and leaving.
Last day received a letter advising electricians working on power issues so no power throughout the day received a bottle of red wine to apologies.

Really disappointing few days unable to sit outside as power kept tripping out every few minutes food in freezer wasted no hot water etc...etc...

Pools very busy and probably cater for small children so not so good for teenagers.

It's such a shame that you encountered these issues during your stay, we do understand how this can be very frustrating and inconvenient. We do hope that this didn't spoil an overall enjoyable holiday. Thank you for your feedback. Customer Care Team.
