- We a arrived at Sol-a-Gogo on Monday 4th September and was told by the courier that the site would be closing a day early but everything would be open until then. Unfortunately that was not the case. By the Wednesday evening the bar, shop, swimming pool and reception had closed down. The mobile home was not up to standard as there were a lot of things needing repair. The door handle to mobile was very loose, the inside doors need proper closing mechanisms as they banged when shutting. The outside catch for door was very loose and did not hold the door back properly. The kitchen area was very compact and the sink unit was under an overhead cupboard restricting how you stood to wash up etc. The kitchen was off it's runner and the front was coming away from the base. The fridge freezer door was rusty and the floor was chipped in various places. There was no pedal bin for rubbish which would have been very useful. The bathroom was very cramped and the toilet seat was not fitted correctly as it moved every time it was sat on. Overall I feel the mobile needs updating as it looked old and tired. We stayed in a Classic Plus, I would suggest upgrading to a better model. The site itself was in a lovely position with direct access to the beach which was a bonus. I would return to this site but earlier in the year and in a different mobile.
