The charming seaside resort of Caorle is about 21km away and a nice place to stroll, cycle, shop and eat. Visit the lace-making museum on the island of Burano and see the pretty painted fishermen's houses. For an extra special day out, take the ferry across the lagoon to Venice and take in all the famous sights. Family fun can be had at Aqualandia, considered Italy's premier water park and home to the tallest waterslide in Europe. Jesolandia (Luna Park) amusement park is also worth a family day out.

Days Out

Jesolandia is also a great attraction for all ages. It is a big fairground, open from 8 pm, with lots of rides and attractions.

Aqualandia Water Park

Aqualandia Water Park is located close to Waikiki and offers a fantastic day out for everyone. The daredevil teenagers and adults will love whizzing down the highest slide in the world, the children will have fun panning for gold and watching the circus show, and those wanting to relax can spend all day in the wave pool or lying on the Caribbean sand in Shark Bay.

Whilst you are staying in the Adriatic you must visit one of the most beautiful cities in the world – Venice. This parc is in a great location for trips to the Venetian lagoon because it is very close to Punta Sabbioni where you can catch a ferry to the islands.

For a more authentic Italian experience, visit the little fishing village of Cortellazzo which is within walking distance of the parc. You must enjoy the delightful fish restaurants and the weekly market here.

Lido di Jesolo

Lido de Jesolo

From this site you can also explore Lido de Jesolo which was purposely built for tourism, so it has great amenities including an excellent choice of shops and restaurants.
