- Slides were good and the pools. But you can't eat at all around the pool. We gave our kids an ice cream on a hot day and got bombarded by 3 workers and then the mangers coz they aren't allowed them but when we needed the mangers on the first night due to terrible unsafe room there was no way he was coming out. The place we stayed in was extremely unsafe for kids. Workers were polite but no help at all and never bothered on future days to contact us to resolve. Windows and front doors babies and toddlers can open themselves so we couldnt sleep at night as we had to keep an eye in case they went for the door. No hot water at all just luke warm or cold. No room service at all for cleaning or lining. You have to empty your own bins and take all the way to main entrance. You have to clean and take off bed linen yourself so they don't have too. Not very clean. Space wise was terrible....literally couldn't swing a cat in the place. Not ideal for babies or toddlers at all and site unsafe for babies toddlers and children if all ages. No safety on the decking with gate etc. No baby gates. Prices on site we so so high it was ridiculous. Rules for the pool is terrible. Not allowed pushchairs near pool or around it so was hard for my baby to nap. Can't wear your own trunks so had to buy onsite and that was another 50 euros. The list is endless. Apart from the slides it was terrible. The people were rude as sin. Clearly hate the English. Would never go back it was terrible.

I’m so sorry to hear you encountered some issues while away with us, our Courier has set responsibilities and part of those will be to clean and prepare the accommodation ready for our customers arrival so I do apologise this wasn’t done on this occasion. A re-clean would have been offered if they had been made aware but I can appreciate that you preferred to just do that yourselves. That’s certainly the last thing we would ever want to happen, for you to start your holiday having to clean the accommodation.
All of your comments have been passed back to the on-site team and the parc management for them to look into to ensure that all issues are addressed and resolved so that nobody else has the negative experience you and your family did. Please accept my apologies once again.
I do hope you will come away with us again in the future so we can prove to you that the standard you experienced is not the normal to be expected from a holiday with us.
