If you're enquiring about lost property, you can email us; please include all of the following details: Name, telephone number, home address, booking reference, parc, accommodation type, description of the lost property and where the item was left.

  • From 26th March - 2nd November: open every day from 9am - 5pm (including weekends).
  • From 3rd November - Easter 2019: open Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm.
