We take pride in the accommodation we make available to our customers and accordingly we require you to take agreed reasonable action in order to maintain the standard of it. Accordingly, upon leaving the accommodation on the final day of your holiday you agree that you shall:
2022 departing holidays - Housekeeping Agreement
- Check that you have all your belongings.
- Empty the fridge and freezer and remove all food from the cupboards.
- Remove all rubbish from the accommodation and recycle/dispose of the rubbish using the facilities at the parc.
- Wash and dry all kitchenware and replace in the accommodation cupboards.
- Clean the accommodation’s barbecue.
- Strip beds and pop any hired linen and towels inside a pillowcase and place on the kitchen table.
- Wipe over all surfaces including those in the bathroom.
Where you fail to comply with any of your obligations set out above we will have to take action to remedy such failure and accordingly we reserve the right to pass the cost of such action on to you in the form of a Housekeeping Charge (“the Housekeeping Charge”). We confirm that the Housekeeping Charge will not be any higher than the actual cost which we incur in remedying your failure to comply with your obligations, plus any administrative charges and labour rates we incur in connection with such action and will not exceed £100.
If a Housekeeping Charge is payable, we will contact you after you leave the Property to let you know: (i) why we are charging the Housekeeping Charge, (ii) the amount of the Housekeeping Charge and (iii) how to pay the Housekeeping Charge. Payment of the full Housekeeping Charge is due within 30 days of us contacting you to notify you of the Housekeeping Charge.
2023 departing holidays - Housekeeping Deposit
Leave your accommodation as found by:
- Empty the fridge and freezer and remove all food from the cupboards.
- Remove all rubbish from the accommodation and recycle/dispose of the rubbish using the facilities at the Parc.
- Wash and dry all kitchenware and replace in the accommodation cupboards.
- Clean the accommodation’s barbecue if it has been used.
- Strip beds and pop any hired linen and towels inside a pillowcase and place on the kitchen table.
- Wipe over all surfaces including those in the bathroom and on the decking.
- Sweep the floors in all rooms.
- Do a general clean & tidy.
In advance of your holiday starting we will ask you to go to My Eurocamp to provide your card details to enable us to ring fence the £100 housekeeping deposit. If you do not do this, on arrival our team will ask you to do it as part of the check in process which could cause a check in delay. At the end of your stay we will check your accommodation and, where you fail to comply with any of your obligations set out above, we will deduct the ring fenced £100 deposit from your card. If the ring fenced deposit is deducted we will let you know by email within days of your return home.
